Our Full Marketing Solution

A New Website is Not a Marketing Strategy

Here at Scribendi, we build responsive, quality websites that showcase our clients’ businesses in an attractive way. But a new website, left on its own, is not a long term marketing strategy. It is the first piece of a much larger puzzle. With our Atomic Marketing strategy, we put your website at the core and use proven digital marketing solutions to drive leads to your business.

“We Don’t Have Time for Marketing”

We hear this all the time from prospective clients. “We tried blogging, or we tried putting together emails for clients, but we ran out of time.” OR “We had someone working on that but they’re pulling double duty.” Working with an experienced agency like Scribendi puts time back in your hands. We get to know you and your business top to bottom, so that we can put out effective messages that are relevant and on-brand for your business, without needing your constant involvement. You focus on your customers and we’ll focus on getting you more of them.

Everything We Do is Tracked and Backed By Data

Digital marketing is not a guessing game. There are proven, effective strategies. How do we know? We track everything we do using advanced analytics. From quarterly website traffic reports using tools like SEMRush & Google Analytics, to detailed tracking of landing pages visits using Microsoft Clarity, to connecting contact forms to existing CRM’s to track sales pipelines, everything we do is assessed & adjusted so that we allocate the right resources to the most effective channels.

Deloitte has a new accounting/consulting offering called BOTT (Build, Operate, Transform, Transfer).

  1. The client pays us to build out a solution (in our case, a marketing program with website, SEO, social media, PPC, content, email, etc.), without having to invest in hiring internal staff.
  2. They contract with us to run the program (outsourced) for a specific amount of time (2 years? 5 years?), adjusting and tweaking as necessary to maximize the return. We’d have to build in a strong metrics and reporting component.
  3. Before the contract is up, the client (who should now more fully appreciate the power of marketing) has the option of a.) hiring internal people to take over from us, or; b.) hiring the people we bring in to help us (freelancers, etc.), or; c.) renewing the “done for you” contract for an additional period of time.
